You speak in realistic terms, keying in on competition's pitfalls, while providing action steps one can undertake to better the situation. Thank you for this. Having worked in both male-dominated and female-dominated fields, I wish I had read something like this when I was younger and again at various stages of my life. I'd add avoid participating in gossip, rumors, and critiques of female colleagues and acquaintances -- being part of the "whispering." I am on day 5 of Paxlovid with my first case of COVID; hope your recovery is as swift as mine has been!
